■ What is Cape Upgrade?
- You can upgrade your exiting cape to its higher version.
- Level limit of the cape can be changed after upgrading.
- Upgraded capes can be reinforced,refined and equipped with gems
- Upgraded capes cannot be combined, exchanged, upgraded/downgraded, sold or traded.
(You should combine before upgrading)

- There is a failure chance while upgrading;
Genuine Jade Stone and 10million Silvers will be consumed but Cape will not be destroyed in case of
failure.
