Level 1 to Level 20
Start by killing the lower level monsters outside of the city. Work your way up to the higher level monsters and leave the first map once you reach level 20. Make sure to always equip the strongest gear, weapons and armour.
Level 20 to Level 43
Head inside of the cave and start killing monsters, the start of the cave contains easier monsters and the difficult monsters are at the back of the cave. Work your way to the back of the cave and head to the next map once you reach level 43.
Level 43 to Level 65
It is time to kill monsters in the cave until you reach level 65. Start with the weaker monsters in the front of the cave and slowly make your way to the back of the cave where the stronger monsters are. Leave the cave once you reach level 65.
Level 65 to 70
Head to the next cave and make sure you reach level 70 by killing the weaker monsters. After you reach level 70 you will want to go through the portal into the second part of the cave. Go to the very back of this cave and begin killing the Prisoners and Prison Leaders.
Level 70 to Level 94
Kill the Prisoners and Prison Leaders until you reach level 90. Once you reach level 90, stop killing the Prisoners and manually target the Prison Leaders. In other words, only kill the Prison Leaders if you are level 90. Kill these Prison Leaders until you reach level 94. Leave the cave and travel to the next map.
Level 94 to Level 100
Begin killing the weakest monsters in this map until you reach level 100. Do not use area-attack skills to defeat these monsters, use single-target skills instead. Travel to the next map once you reach level 100.
Level 100 to Level 112
Kill the Jaso Practitioners and Old Muckers with single-target skills, kill these monsters one at a time. These are great monsters to kill. Always collect enchanting materials while you are killing monsters, these can be very useful.

Once you start out you should begin by killing lower-level monsters close to the city. It is probably a good idea to get a head start on the quests because eventually you will receive some Steel of Eternity, Tin, and Dark Steel. These enchanting materials are going to be very useful once you reach level 90 or so.
