Faction Balance System

1. If Faction A's points exceed 100.
2. If Faction A's points (snake) are higher than the Ronin Faction.
3. If Faction A's points are higher than the sum of the 2nd and 3rd factions.
4. If Faction A's points are higher than Faction 2 and the Ronin Faction.
5. If Faction A's points are higher than the 3rd faction and the Ronin Faction.
