You can earn Class Points with PvP during the Holy Stone Battles. You can follow your class progress from the Class bar on top right corner of the screen.
How to use Class System:
You can select your desired Class based on the Class Points you have by clicking the button above the skill bar.

Each class has its own benefit and you need different amounts of Class Points for different Class tiers.
